In this two hour workshop, Erin Madeley will be covering the fundamental business skills that will help you launch and grow your creative small business.
We’ll be going over items such as; The importance of a business plan, Book-keeping basics (start as you mean to go on) including pricing your products, Playing to your strengths, how to look after yourself while running a business, What is worth spending your money on (especially when you are starting out) etc.
This is the first in a series of 3 professional development workshops aimed at upskilling regional artists and creatives in 2021.
